  • Calendar information: Only if the user connects their Google to create calendar events via our AI agent.
  • Gmail Access: Only if the user connects their Google to send emails via our AI agent.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To handle real-time callbacks and conversations
  • To enable meeting scheduling through Google Calendar
  • If you connect your Google account, we use the Gmail to allow our AI agent to draft and send emails on your behalf. This is optional and can be turned off at any time. We do not read, store, or access your inbox. We only use your Gmail to send messages.
  • To classify call intent and trigger workflows (via Zapier)
  • To send summaries and call details via email and Slack
  • To provide analytics and call logs
  • To enhance user experience and platform functionality

3. Data Storage and Security

Calldock stores only essential user data like phone numbers and account details. All call-related data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, intents) is stored with our voice infrastructure provider.

We use best practices to safeguard your data, but no system is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Integrations

We integrate with:

  • Google Calendar: For scheduling and calendar syncing.
    We do not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to train generalized AI or ML models. This includes calendar data accessed through Google Calendar integrations. If any third-party services are used (e.g., voice infrastructure), we ensure they comply with the same principles.
  • Gmail: We use Gmail to send emails on your behalf if enabled.
    We do not read your inbox or use Gmail data to train any models. Gmail access is limited to sending emails only, and users can disable access anytime.
  • Slack: For sending call summaries and alerts
  • Zapier: For triggering custom workflows

These services may access your data based on your use of the integration. Please refer to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Including voice infrastructure partners
  • Third-party Integrations: As authorized by you
